What's included in the free plan?
2 domains, 1 user, 30-day data retention, 7 protocol monitoring (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, ARC), basic compliance scoring, email alerts, 2FA, and 5 AI assistant queries per day. No credit card required.
How does per-domain pricing work?
You pay for the domains you monitor. Domains 1–10 are $6.9/domain/month. From domain 11 onward, the rate drops to $4.9/domain/month. No per-email-volume caps, no hidden overage fees — just a flat rate per domain.
What's the founding member price lock?
The first 100 paying customers lock in founding rates for 24 months: $3.9/domain/month (1–10 domains) and $2.9/domain/month (11+). Monthly or annual — annual is 2 months free, so $39/domain/year on tier 1 and $29/domain/year on tier 2. After the 24-month lock, founding members move to standard pricing with a permanent 15% alumni discount — forever, on any future plan.
What happens to my price after the 24-month founding lock?
You keep a permanent 15% discount off our standard rates — on every plan, every tier, forever. No re-negotiation, no surprise jumps. If standard tier 1 is $6.9/domain/month at that point, alumni pay roughly $5.87. You also keep your founding badge. The 24-month duration and alumni rate are stated at signup, so there are no surprises.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons are optional capability packs for Pro users. Compliance Pack ($19/mo) adds PCI DSS and SOC 2 reporting. Threat Intelligence ($29/mo) adds real-time look-alike detection and custom anomaly thresholds. Hosted DNS ($2.9/domain/mo) lets us manage your DMARC, SPF, DKIM, MTA-STS, BIMI, and TLS-RPT DNS records. Enterprise plans include all add-ons.
Can I try Pro features before paying?
Yes. Inside the app, you can activate a free 14-day Pro trial — no credit card required. After 14 days, you'll be moved back to the Free plan with a clear summary of what changes.
What protocols are included?
Free includes 7 protocols: DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, and ARC. Pro and Enterprise add DANE and ARF for the complete 9-protocol stack.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No cancellation fees, no contracts. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing period. Annual plans can be cancelled anytime — we'll refund the unused portion.
Can I self-host DMARCguard instead of using the cloud?
Our open-source parser (parse-dmarc on GitHub) is free to self-host. It covers basic DMARC report parsing with a minimal dashboard — but that’s where it stops. No named sender identification, no multi-protocol monitoring, no AI assistant, no alerting. DMARCguard Pro adds all of that for less than the cost of a coffee per domain each month. You shouldn’t need to stitch together scripts and workarounds for email authentication — you should get actionable insights, not just raw data and XML.
